These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and platform (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features (e.g., creating events or purchasing tickets), you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Services Provided

The Service allows couples to create ticketed wedding events, manage RSVPs, seating charts, vendors, and funding through escrow-held contributions from guests. We act as a facilitator and escrow agent, holding funds until after the event (typically 48 hours post-event to confirm attendance). We charge a platform fee (e.g.,1-10% of transactions), deducted upon release.

4. Payments and Escrow

Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). Funds are held in escrow and released to the couple post-event, minus fees. Refunds are at the couple's discretion, subject to our policies. You authorize us to handle transactions and agree to comply with payment laws.

5. User Content and Conduct

You may upload content (e.g., event details, photos). You grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for providing the Service. You agree not to upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content. Prohibited conduct includes spamming, fraud, or disrupting the Service. We may remove content or terminate accounts for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including logos, designs, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without permission. "TheWeddingTicket" and related marks are our trademarks.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee error-free operation or event outcomes. We are not liable for disputes between users (e.g., wedding cancellations).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the past 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service, violations of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access for violations. Upon termination, your obligations (e.g., payments) survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indiana, without regard to conflicts of law. Disputes shall be resolved in courts in Valparaiso, IN.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with notice (e.g., email or site posting). Continued use constitutes acceptance.

At TheWeddingTicket.com, operated by 67percent inc., we strive to make your experience seamless. This policy outlines our approach to refunds for ticket purchases. All sales are final unless otherwise stated, but we offer limited flexibility for cancellations.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Pre-Event Cancellations: Full refunds (minus a 5% processing fee) are available if requested by the event host (couple) at least 30 days before the wedding date. Guests may request refunds through the host if the event is canceled.
  • Event Changes: If the event is postponed or canceled by the host, refunds or credits will be issued at the host's discretion, minus any non-refundable platform fees (e.g., 5-10% transaction fee).
  • No-Shows or Post-Event: No refunds after the event start time or for no-shows, as funds are released from escrow post-event to cover costs.

2. Refund Process

  • Contact support at support@theweddingticket.com with your order details within 7 days of the request.
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • All refunds are subject to verification and our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Platform fees, taxes, and third-party processing charges (e.g., Stripe fees) are non-refundable.
  • Digital ticket stubs or eVites are not eligible for refunds once delivered.
